How much does SuperScout cost (Feb 2025)

Individual - £10/month

• You want an account, where only 1 person (you) can see your database
• Up to 250GB - on average 100,000 photos. 

Group / Organisation - £50/month

• You want to share an account, with 2 to 20 people. 
• Up to 2TB - on average 800,000 photos. 

Film school - £100/month

•  You're a film school, with 10s or 100s of students
• Up to 5TB

Large company / enterprise - Custom

• You have more than 20 employees who need access to your locations database.

If you pay for a year upfront, you get 2 months free: 

• Individual - £100/year
• Group / organisation - £500/year
• Film school - £1,000/year

When you're signing up, all accounts include a 7 day free trial. Simply enter your credit card details, and select your subscription. 

When you start your subscription, your card will not be charged. 

If you decide SuperScout is not for you, you can cancel within those 7 days, and your card will never be charged. 

Once the free trial is finished, your card will be charged automatically. All data you upload during your free trial is saved and will be in your account when you start paying. 

If you feel you need a longer free trial, we can make that happen, but we ask one thing of you: to jump on a call with a member of our team, and tell us what you think of SuperScout & how you want to use it.

If your card gets charged automatically after your 7 day trial, and you decide within 30 days that SuperScout is not for you, we're happy to refund your first month subscription in full. 

As we build new functionality into the website, and make SuperScout more useful over time, our prices will increase to match the value we offer. 

However, we will honour & thank the people who subscribe early, by keeping you on lower subscriptions for up to a year after we increase the prices.
