How do I manage my subscription?

To manage your subscription, simply log into your SuperScout account, click your profile icon (circle with a letter in it, top right), and select Billing in the dropdown menu. 


In that page click the Manage button and you'll be taken to our payment partner's page where you can manage all your information. 

In your subscription management page you can: 

  • Click on a line in Invoice History to download invoice or receipt
  • Click Update information under Billing Information, to change any details on your invoices: your name, email, address, or phone number
  • Click Add Payment Method to add additional ways to pay. 
  • Click Cancel Subscription to end your subscription and delete your account. 



Why am I unable to manage a subscription?

You can only manage billing if you are the Owner of a workspace. Admins, contributors, and other users cannot view the Subscription management page.


You can see your role within a workspace by clicking your profile icon, and looking at the word under the workspace name.  

In this image above, the user is the Admin of that workspace, and is therefore unable to manage the subscription. 




I just want to pause my subscription, not cancel it - how do I do that?

If you want to pause a subscription, simply get in touch with our team by email or WhatsApp, and we can try and find an agreement that works for you.

Other useful info

Subscriptions are linked to Workspaces on SuperScout. If you own multiple workspaces, you will have multiple subscriptions.
