How do I group my locations inside my SuperScout account?

On SuperScout, we've created Collections to help you add some order / structure to your database of locations. 

You can think of collections as advanced folders. 

• Like folders, you can put collections inside of collections
• Like folders, you can put locations inside of collections
• However, unlike folders you can put the same location in as many different collections as you want. 
• So you don't have to create multiple duplicates of a location, to organise it into multiple places. 
• This means that when you update a location (add new photos or images), it updates everywhere, all at once. 

There are two main use cases for collections today (Feb 2025): 

• To organise options when working on a project or brief, that you'll share using our share link system
• To create a group of locations internally, that you can search in two clicks.
