How do I set up my new account?

Settings

When you verify your email, you're taken to a settings page where you can enter: 

• Your first & last name
• Your workspace name (the name of the company/production you're setting this account up for, or just your professional name) 
• Your location: where you're working, so your map is always looking at the right place. 

• You can also add your logo so it's always visible when you're working and sharing options with colleagues. 

All these settings can be changed in the future, so don't worry if they need to change. If you want to change them at any time, select "workspace settings" under your profile icon (circle with a letter in the top right of your home page). 

Subscription

Once you've set your settings, you'll be asked to choose your subscription. 

• In Jan 2025, these are the base prices:
• Individuals: £10/month 
• Companies: £50/month
• Film schools: £100/month
  
  
• You're asked to enter your payment details, but there's a 7 day trial in which you can cancel anytime if it's not for you. 
• If you pay for a year at once, you get 2 months free.
